Rules of conduct for visitors to the Gabdulla Tukay State Literary and Memorial Museum Complex.
These rules have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated 09.10.1992 No. 3612-1 (ed. dated 29.07.2017) "Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture", Federal Law No. 54-FZ dated 26.05.1996 "On the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation and Museums in the Russian Federation", Federal Law No. 73-FZ dated 25.06.2002 "On Objects cultural heritage (historical and Cultural monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation", Federal Law No. 35-FZ of 06.03.2006 "On Countering Terrorism", Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation No. 195-FZ of 30.12.2001, Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 15.02.2006. No. 116 "On measures to counter terrorism", Letter of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation dated 25.04.2001 No.01-79/16-25 "On the security of cultural property and additional anti-terrorist measures in museums and libraries" in order to implement measures to strengthen public security, provide favorable conditions for excursions and other events, preservation of historical and cultural monuments on the territory of the Museum complex.
1. The museum complex is open to the public daily, without lunch break and weekends.
2. Visits to exhibition halls, exhibitions, cultural events are held on days and hours set by the administration of the Museum Complex. When conducting cultural events, the work schedule is determined by the relevant Order of the administration of the Museum Complex.
3. The museum complex accepts individual visitors and excursion groups.
4. Individual visit includes paid access to the territory of the Museum complex for self-study without the services of a guide. Visitors purchase an entrance ticket at the ticket office of the Museum Complex.
5. The tour service includes paid access to the territory of the Museum complex accompanied by a guide. The excursion service is provided for groups on the basis of a preliminary application, fixing the date and time of the excursion. Payment for excursion services is carried out in advance for cash or non-cash payment.
6. The Museum Complex provides categories of visitors, whose services are provided on a preferential basis.
7. Visitors to the Museum complex on the territory of the exhibition complexes are not allowed to:
smoke;
litter;
be in a state of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication; in dirty, foul-smelling clothes;
to pass with weapons (firearms or cold) and other objects and things dangerous to the life and health of people;
visit the Museum with animals, with the exception of guide dogs;
use sound-reproducing equipment, pyrotechnics;
to put up and distribute printed products;
make a fire, use any fire-hazardous devices;
conduct self-guided tours;
go to the exhibition with baby strollers, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles;
take photos and videos using multicopters and drones.
8. At the entrance to the Museum Complex, visitors, at the request of the staff of the Museum Complex, independently present for inspection the things they have with them (bags, briefcases, packages, etc.). Persons who refuse to present the things they have with them for inspection are not allowed in the Museum Complex.
9. Outerwear, umbrellas, oversized items (briefcases, bags, bags, backpacks with a volume of more than 50 x 40 x 30 cm), food and beverages are handed over to the visitors in the wardrobe.
10. Passage to the exposition and exhibition halls of the Museum Complex is made in shoe covers.
11. When staying in the exposition and exhibition halls of the Museum Complex, visitors are prohibited from:
talking loudly;
use mobile phones;
touching exhibits, entering rooms that are closed to the public;
distract the caretaker from the performance of their official duties;
run and jump;
carry and consume food and beverages.
12. Amateur photo and video shooting of general plans (without tripod and flash) is allowed in the exposition and exhibition halls of the Museum Complex. Professional photo and video shooting is carried out by prior agreement with the administration of the Museum Complex and in accordance with the Procedure approved by it.
13. All visitors to the Museum Complex are obliged to:
comply with these Rules and generally accepted sanitary-epidemiological and environmental standards;
comply with the requirements of the Museum Complex staff to maintain public order;
leave the territory of the Museum Complex by the time of its closure.
14. While on the territory of the Museum Complex, all visitors are required to comply with the minimum requirements for life safety:
do not approach the reservoir, except for a special pier located behind the Gabdulla Tukay Museum;
do not climb on the railing and the edges of the pier to avoid falling into the pond.
15. In order to avoid injury (especially in the autumn-winter period), it is forbidden to run on the territory of the Museum Complex, as well as to move on skis, skates (including roller skates), skateboards, scooters, bicycles.
16. When riding a boat, water bike and catamaran, visitors must strictly observe the Rules of Behavior on the reservoir.
17. Visitors who violate the procedure established by these Rules may be removed from the territory of the Museum and brought to responsibility provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
18. The Museum complex is NOT responsible for the health of citizens who disregard the prohibitions and regulations established by this Procedure.
