Ichigi

Ichigi is a national Tatar leather shoe. High boots made of soft leather and with soft soles were made of morocco and chrome. When leaving the house, ichigi wore short leather shoes, and in winter half-boots. Men wore black ichigi, and women – embroidered with a pattern. Shoes made in mosaic technique are the specifics of the Tatar people. Basically, the masters made patterned ichigs from multicolored pieces of leather
